1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Inventoo's inventory management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all actions taken under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing.

  • Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of your first paid cycle
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
4. Fair Use & Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and system stability, we implement rate limits on our API and services.

  • API requests are limited to 1000 per hour per account
  • Burst limits of 100 requests per minute apply
  • Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions
  • Contact us for custom rate limit arrangements
5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

You retain full ownership of your data. We process your data only to provide our services and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited when using our service:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Interfering with the service or other users
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
